Coming ready to raid
Hello fellow guildies.I am making this post to inform all guildies that plan to raid with guild to come prepared and ready to raid. When invites go out,the raid shouldnt have to wait for 1 person to finish something or for someone to run and get gear out of bank, etc etc.I am not trying to be rude or call anyone out but we as a whole need to work on these issues.Second, not having the right attitude when u come to raid is unacceptable. If most of raid is willing to sit though and deal with the wipes then everyone should be.No one person is too good to just rage quit and leave the other guildies hanging when u know we have to replace or call it cause we cant find one or it is late.I have had issues making it to raids but i talked to kirby and fixed the issues. If anyone is having any problem making raid times or just having a issue that is causing u to have a bad attitude when it is time to raid, the best thing to do is talk to kirby or koobi. They will be able to help you and find a answer to your problem.Thank you for your time guys and happy raiding

Re: Coming ready to raid
Yoshi raises an excellent issue, this is something thats been bothering me for a while but I thought as we progressed further it might self-fix but unfortunately thats not the case.
6pm raids, that is how it works. If you give me some notice (e.g Jerilo told me he might be 5-10 late from trying to find a parking space) I will gladly wait, but if you find yourself in a heroic at our raid time there is no excuse for making 8 other people wait.
If you have issues making raid days / times, talk to myself and I can help sort something out, if I find a majority of people are going to be running late on a set day, then I can put the time back.
But making your guild wait because you want to finish a heroic, unacceptable.
Attitudes is something ive been watching morph over these last couple of weeks, players within the guild are starting to call each other out on mistakes. Not just raid mistakes, but builds, gear, gems, chants and rotations, again it is unacceptable.
If you think this is an issue that MUST be brought up then you privately tell myself or Koby. DO NOT publicly humiliate a guild member, I do not mind harmless trolling as long as it stays at that. If people are blatantly getting offended then you stop.
