Name: Thomas
Age: 22
Location/Time Zone: Alaska (AST)
Play Times: 5:30pm server-2am server(Changes depend on job schedule, latest is 9:30pm unless something arises)

Computer: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor @ 3 Ghz, NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT, 4 gigs of ram, nothing else of note really.

Internet Connection: Good, 2mbs "High speed" for Alaska, can't really get much better without paying big, big bucks.

What would you like us to know about you?: I don't take anything personally and I enjoy humor of all sorts. I'm pretty hard to offend and can take criticism well.

About your character
Character Name: Pádwin
Character Class: Paladin
Current spec: 34/5/2(When doing serious healing, 32/7/2
Professions: None(New Character)
Armory Link:
Link to your ingame Raiding UI: I use the vanilla one sadly but I have so many keybinds/macros that it lets me heal/deeps comfortably and quickly. I use various mods ranging from Recount to Grid to DBM/Big Wigs.
-Are you the original owner of this account/character? Any Name Changes?: Original owner.

-We would really like to see what you can do, do you have any DPS/Healing logs to show us? 'Fraid not.

-Explain spec, gem choices and encants: Spec currently is a bit odd mostly due to me enjoying experimenting around out of boredom in both pvp and pve(hence the damage talents as well) but the one I listed above in the wowhead link is the one I would use for serious raiding.

Gem choices are going to be a mix of int and spirit up until I get about 1800 or so spirit then straight int from here on out. While normally a paladin would stack int, I feel that spirit is not something that should be ignored in Cata, even as a pally with my judgements and divine plea. Enchants are run of the mill healing ones.

-Current Guild and current Server: Large War Club, Wyrmrest Accord
-Reason for wanting to leave or reason for leaving?: The first and foremost reason I want to leave Wyrmrest is that while I do enjoy RPing, I also enjoy raiding and pvp. While I never had the opportunity to raid or pvp on a hardcore scale on previous servers/guilds, I never took the job lightly despite the casual settings I always found myself in. (see my main through out the years).

Wyrmrest currently offers very little to nothing I enjoy, even decent RP and with my new job, the schedule has made it harder to really enjoy myself on an already poor server. Raiding and pvp is almost out of the question there.

That said, Large War Club was the servers only(to my knowledge) evening guild that was full of aussies/kiwis. A very good bunch and is WRA's only saving grace.

-How did you hear about God Tier?: Asking around on my level 1 warrior, was told by Gobzy who in turn directed me to Kirbydin.
-Why do you want to join God Tier?: God Tier, from what I've seen already, has a schedule that would allow me to raid and pvp in groups again and seems to take them seriously. A refreshing change from previous guilds.
-Anyone you know in God Tier?:
-Any causes for constant AFK'ing?: Not unless I eat some bad chili. Razz
-We require you to be on Ventrilo for all raids, do you have a WORKING microphone?: Yes.

-What raiding experience do you have (please go into detail):
My main raiding toons for the longest time were my warrior and to a lighter extent, my shaman In Burning Crusade, I would tank often on my warrior, doing Karazhan, Mag's Lair, Gruul's Lair and ZA. Due to guilds numbers, I rarely got to do SSC or TK. Nothing of particular to note as a tank. Life was simple and there was much loot from Prince, Zul'Jin and the rest.

I swapped guilds in Wrath and that is where I got to do much more serious raiding. The guild was Arcana Solarie on Steamwheedle Cartel and though was dubbed a "casual", raided about 7 times a week, both with main and alt runs. I was a fury warrior up from Naxx and all the way up to ToC-10/25. I would also heal on my shaman when I could on the alt runs.

Though I was able to down all the bosses except Algalon(my guild wasn't into much hard modes unfortunately), I had to find a new job and relocate around the time Icecrown Citadel came out. While I got to do the first few bosses before the buff came out, relocating irl made it difficult to find a guild on an east coast RP server. Transferring to Wyrmrest didn't help either because I was often working the closing shift and my raiding days pretty much ended there.

-Tell us about one of your best instance/raid experiences: My favorite experience was getting our first Yogg Saron 10 man kill. We've been working at it for a while and me and the other warrior were the leaders in melee dps. It was a rush running in and out of the brain room and that last phase was just intense. Compared to every other boss we fought, after and before, nothing was as satisfying as downing ol' yoggy.

-Any comments you would like to make: I am willing to do my best in this guild considering how hard I've been looking for one that matches my schedule well. While I do understand that my paladin may be undergeared(338), I am comfortable with being benched until I am given the okay to go. It will not take me long to get geared, especially with new motivation to do so.

I am willing to take the time to learn the insides and out of my class as well as take advice from others who have been playing paladin longer then me and willing to make sure I know the fights before I enter the raid. I just need a home. Sad

Overall I am very happy with everything you have shown here, as I said earlier the only spot we have an opening for is a Prot Paladin, we are in dire need of one. If you can start forming a prot set and commit to the designated raid nights then your more then welcome to have trial.

Know that your trial will be based upon how hard you work to gear, how hard you study the fights and overall how much you work to improve your toon. (profs, specs, gems, gears, gold)

If your ok with all the above, xfer over and there will be a guild invite waiting for you.

11pm ST wed / thurs / sun (aus days, i think they are tues / wed / sat on the server, not sure)

Wonderful! I will try to transfer off Wyrmrest tonight after the paycheck comes in. By chance, I've been working on a prot set as I've been healing heroics, just currently need a shield and a few other pieces. I'll read up on ej and see if there is anything I should learn. Take care!

Okay, got the transfer going right now but small snag. I guess because of Blackrock's population, the actual transfer process may take a couple of days. I'll be there as soon as I can!

No problem, this week you wouldn't be brought in anyway. Work hard on a full 346+ set so I can bring you in on wednesday. Ive always crafted the tanking epic shield for you to buy from the guild bank for cheap once the transfer goes across.
